Annual Pass Room Prices

Is there any way to look on the Disney website and get annual pass rates on rooms without owning the pass yet. What if you want to know what the room price would be if you bought a pass? It seems to me that it would make sales for annual passes better if you could see the deals that you can get using one. When I tried, a box came up that you have to put the pass number in so I couldn't go any further. Is there another way? It would be nice to price out a trip, see if it is worthwhile and then purchase the pass.

Depending on when you want to go, the rates haven't been released yet.

I think you could find some historical rates on allearsnet or mousesavers though.
