Annual pass renewal ????

Ok - just renewed my annual pass online last night along with DH.
Going to MK tomorrow night without hubby ( he has to stay at home)
I have bee able to book my Fast passes already on MDE.
So can I just continue to use my old AP magic band or do I still have to go to Guest services at MK and do the whole ID thing, show FL DL again etc. so they can issue a new plastic card for the AP discounts etc.?
Also as DH cant come on this trip can I collect his new card?
Just have a limited amount of time at the park tomorrow so want to make the best of it.

When I recently renewed mine I never went back to Guest Services. I probably will need to at some point to get the plastic card but all my magic bands have continued to work fine.

A new band? No. A new discount card? Yes.

Once you have renewed online you need to go in to your MDE to customize and order your new magicbands. They will come in the mail with your new discount card and 2015 slider. You will not have to go back to guest relations for anything. My new bands came in about 2 days. Until then your new ticket has already been loaded in your account and any band you have will work.

Yes. I just did this. You have to go to customer service for them to activate your band and pass. Then just run to the line to get inside and go have fun.

You can use any magic band with your annual pass. You just need them to activate it at customer service.

If you renewed before your ticket expired you don't need to go to Guest Services.
