Annual Pass Renewal-when and where?

My hubby and I have annual passes that expire around 12/10/03. We have decided that will want to renew. My question is how far in advance can we do this and can you purchase the renewal at a Disney Store?

As you can tell, I'm trying to spend $$ right now to take advantage of the double points offered on the VISA card!

Our Disney Store does not sell AP's, so we have gotten ours from the central res. line #. You can buy them at anytime before the renewal date, but must activate them within 30 days of your anniv. date on the AP's you have now.
