Annual Pass Renewal Question

Currently I have a Florida Resident (regular) Annual Pass (under the old categories).

For my renewal I upgraded to the new Disney Platinum Plus category which includes the water parks and golf course.

Since you can renew 60 prior to the expiration date, do you have access to the upgraded features as soon as you renew or do you have to wait until the official expiration date?

In other words can you go into the water parks as soon as you renew/upgrade (i.e. up to 60 days before the expiration of your old pass) or do the additional features that come with the upgrade not begin until the official renewal date?

The new AP features go into effect on the the day the new AP becomes active. You are still using your current AP and its limited features until the day it expires.

Yep you have to wait until the day it becomes active.
