I have a really stupid question about AP redemption & MBs. I bought my APs for the first time over the phone. I seem to have lost the willcall # and never received an email confirmaiton. When I bought the tickets, I did put them on MDE. Do I need to have the will call # with me or will it pull from MDE when I pick up my MBs at check in?

Sorry for the dumb questions! This is the 1st time we have purchased APs over the phone & 1st time with MBs!

Thanks Robo! Do i still need to go to Guest Services at one of the parks or Downtown Disney to activate the APs or can I do it at AKV?

They should become active at check-in.

I'd STILL go to any Guest Relations or ticket booth and ALSO pick up a hard ticket copy of your AP's early in your trip.
You don't need a confirmation number.
Just a legal PHOTO ID for all members of your party 18 years and older.
 

You need to have either a physical AP ticket or an "AP card" if you want to redeem annual pass discounts - they won't accept a magic band for that.
