Annual Pass Question

When we were at the park recently we asked about annual pass prices. The Cast member gave us a print out with prices for adults.
392.99/New 350.39/Renewal and 314.18/ Charter. She could not explain what Charter was. Does anyone know?

Charters are APs that have been renewed continuosly since the 1980's. I forgot 82 or 87. Maybe when APs first came out.

Wow that is interesting. Can there be that many of them still around? So I guess you can never become one if you are not one now.

Not only that, but if you are a charter member, and let your pass lapse- you lose your charter status.

We don't plan on letting ours expire........
