Annual Pass Question

We will be closing on our VWL purchase in September and are considering getting annual passes with the DVC discount. We have never had passes and are unsure of the logistics. As new passholders, can one person convert the tickets we already have while the others ride rides or do we all need to be present in person? Do we need to bring anything for verification on who resides in the household? If so, what do we need? Thanks!

Adults must be present with ID showing the same address. You also need your member card.
