Annual pass question - linking to account

I got my Annual Pass vouchers and went to try and link them to my account using the scan feature, however it keeps coming back saying they are already linked to an account. When I look at my MDE account it doesn't show them linked. Last time I got APs I was able to scan and link to my family's accounts so I could make FP+ reservations at the 60 day mark. Is that no longer available? If I cannot link and get reservations at 60 day mark I might as well cancel our trip.

The most direct way to link new APs to MDE is to make the order as "Will Call" delivery.
But now that you have the vouchers, you should be able to link them.
If your MDE account does not accept the scan, try inputting the numbers by hand.
If that doesn't work, (and you can't see the APs in your MDE)

I haven't had time to call yet, but I got to thinking. Do I even need to link my AP's if I already have a resort reservation? Won't that give me access to the FP+ system at 60 days out? I remember last time I linked my voucher and the girl at the ticket booth was none to happy I had done that. At the time I had to re-link the new actual APs I got.

You need to have a ticket linked to your account to make fp+ reservations be it an active ticket or an ap or ticket voucher

Well I tried scanning and I tried entering the number in and it just keeps saying it's already registered, but it doesn't show up on MDE. Guess I'll call.
