Annual pass question about on site hotels

I was seriously considering buying a annual pass this year and I have looked at the benefits. I see you can save money by staying at their on site hotels, but it appears that there are a lot of dates that are not available including summer months. Is this actually the case that you will not get a discount if you stay during that time? Also if you stay on site most of these hotels charge a parking fee per day, is this fee waved if you have a annual pass?

The highest peak times don't seem to have a discount or if there is one, it isn't much. Hotel parking is NOT covered with an annual pass.

Thank you, I didn't think the Summer months were high peak times, guess I was wrong. Its hard to see the benefit of getting one if I can't use it while my daughter is not is school.

You'll be able to get good rates in August with the AP but end of June and July tend not to get much of a discount.
