Annual pass prices

So... We typically buy UT tourist tickets and then use them day 1 and then go upgrade to the AP to save a few bucks.... But we aren't planning to go again until Nov 2019. Can you pre-purchase an AP (I think it's called an exchange Certificate) at today's price.... And if the price goes up in February or October .. It still activates when we go in November? The UT tickets trick is nice to save $15-$20 a person .. But not worth waiting if there is a possibility of 1 or 2 price increases by then.

When you purchase online the AP will sit there until you activate it in person.
