Annual Pass prices

I read in another thread that someone is worried about hte price of AP's going up, and I did a search for this but didn't see it anywhere.

Is it expected to go up?

We are doing WDW in December and I plan to buy it with the DVC discount, so if it is going up before then I'd like to know.

Any info is appreciated!

Can I upgrade a MYW 1 day ticket to a DVC annual pass? Do I call to have it changed w/the pkg that Im checking in on Aug 17th?
Can I order a new annual pass and wait to activate it till Aug 07? even though I have a current AP?

WHEW! Thanks to this board for the heads-up. I would have been sooo upset to realize I had missed the opportunity to buy before the price went up.

I ordered my 4 tickets online tonight, then ordered four more for my DVC friend who is unable to access a computer right now.

I didn't even know the price was going up. I ordered my first ever AP (with DVC discount) last week. The exchange card came in the mail today!

You can order them online at the DVC website. I did last year before this year's increase. Two increases in our APs in one year...wow.

And you can renew on line with the DVC discount, we just did.

I am having trouble finding how to buy the DVC renewal online. It does not show up on the ticket store form.

If you renew an annual pass today does the pass start today and expire next Aug 5th, or do you get a voucher? If it is a voucher does the pass start when you first redeem the voucher?

I found it. On the DVC member homepage there is a link to renew. From therre you log in with your annual pass number and select renew.

My APs run out in October and we are planning on renewing. Should I go ahead and renew today? Will they still need to be renewed Oct. 2007? Or does paying for them now change my date?
