Annual Pass Price Question

We will be purchasing AP's this year for the first time. We plan on visiting WDW 2 times a year (hopefully) for years to come.

I know all about the dates and when to activate and so forth....BUT

What is the cheapest way to purchase these tickets. The cheapest price I have gotten so far is $377.01 per pass with the Disney Club discount.

Does anyone out there know of a price that is cheaper ?...If so, where do I get them ?

Before I buy...I figured I would ask first.

The only discount I know of is for military members (active and retired) and Dept. of Defense civil servants. The can purchase adult annual passes at the Shades of Green resort (run by the Army on Disney grounds) for $362. Child passes I think are $308.

I have asked that question so many times that I think I'm an expert on ticket prices. When it comes to an AP, basically the only discount you can get is through DC so I would grab that price. I have checked everywhere and have found lots of discounts on park hoppers but never on APs. DH and I did not renew our DC membership for a whole year so we had to pay a total of $785 for AP for both of us. The best bet is to purchase with the DC discount and renew every year for an approximate $30 per person renewal discount since DC is over in Dec of 03. Hope this helps!

I agree...i see all kinds of discounts for other passes but not AP's.
