annual pass price increase timing??

I am going to WDW twice in 2004, once in Jan and once in Dec and plan on buying AP's. Does anybody know when the price increases (maybe non this year-yeah right) kick in?

There's really no way of knowing for sure. The last price increase was in September of 2002. Prior to that it was January 2001.
