where did you find the 233.00 price for a 7 day plus water park ticket?? Just returned from wdw and purchased a 4 day park hopper, expiring, for a cost of 234.00.
We don't use the water parks as often as we did in the past, so park hopper pass (Magic your way with park hopping) is usually right for us, but an annual pass with the
dvc discount is cheaper IF we return more than once within the 12 month period.
We will be doing some creative ticketing this year. annual pass for me in October using dvc discount & awards, Annual pass for hubby and #3 son in Dec with dvc discount, number two son I've purchased a 10 day non expiring hopping pass (365.00) since he is not as obsessed with wdw as the rest of us and only enjoys wdw in small doses and once a year is more than enuf for him. So even thought the annuals are a good deal at (327.00) for 3 of us, its not a good value for someone who will not enjoy going more than once within a 12 month period. And son number 3 just started the Disney College Program so has free admissions for the next 4 months.
You really need to look at when you will be returning, how many days will you be using the tickets within a 12 month period (I believe you start to get your money's worth at 7 days), will you be taking advantage of the other discounts afforded to pass holders (hotels, mini golf, rentals, purchases, etc..)
good luck
