Annual Pass Pick Up Requirements

I am on hold right now with Universal and they say the wait time is over 90 minutes so I thought I would throw this on this forum. I purchased a florida resident annual pass for my daughter with the intention that she drive over and pick it up herself. We live about 2 hours away. They don't tell you until after you make the purchase that the person who paid for the ticket must pick it up at the gate along with the credit card used and my license. I had no intention of going there with her. Does anyone know an alternative approach to getting her her ticket without me having to drive over with her? I know its a longshot but thought maybe someone might have had a similar experience. Thanks all.

My wife was unable to get the pass that I had purchased for the 2 of us. They wanted my ID and CC used to make the purchase.

I don't want to hijack this thread, but I have a related question. After I purchased, it said that in addition to my ID and CC used, that I had to bring a printed copy of the purchase confirmation. Does anyone know if I can just provide the confirmation number and/or show it on my phone? We don't have a printer so need to know if I have to go to the UPS store to have the page printed.
