Annual pass payment declined?

Hi all
I have been trying to book 3 annual passes for DLP. I am using the french website using microsoft edge (as advised by the uk contact centre) but it is saying the bank has declined payment. Bank says they haven't received a payment request so have no declined it and can see no reason why they would.

I was put through to Annual pass contact however its a french number and it said wait time was over an hour so thought id ask if anyone had encountered a similar problem and knew a fix?
Im using Visa debit to pay and back with Nationwide.

This is a pretty common problem but if you have paypal I would suggest using that.
