Annual Pass on blackout day

We officially arrive in Disneyland on Tuesday the 20th May which is an annual blackout. We have temporary annual passes and we were wondering if we could get onsite to validate our passes on the blackout day so we could be all set for the following day?

yes you can - and once validated, you can use your AP on that blackout day in both parks .
