Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I can find out how late the offices are open to get an annual pass?

We're considering a last minute trip arriving on 11th April and I was thinking it might be a good idea to try to get our annual passes sorted the same day so that we'd have them ready to use on 12th.

Am I right in thinking if we didn't already have the passes, we'd have to queue at the ticket windows on 12th along with everyone else who has the same crazy plan as us?

Thanks in advance for any help :)

They are open the same hours as the park so late ;)

What have you got already ...an e ticket or e pass that you are transforming into an AP or are you buying your AP at the gate ?

We don't have anything yet!

We're thinking of buying some shares and joining the shareholders club so that we can get the 15% discount and using that in conjunction with the Family Discount. We'll need 3 passes.

Not sure how we'd go about doing this though.

The family discount is only for 5 members of the same family living at the same address buying AP's.

If there are only 3 of you it won't work :confused3

Oops, that'll serve us right for relying on substandard French instead of using Google to translate it! :sad2:

Ok, so we'd only be able to use the shareholders discount then assuming we'd be able to join in time. Do you know how we'd buy passes using the shareholders discount?

you'll need to hurry and get your shares bought and your shareholders club application sent off.

Once you have your email confirmation from the shareholders club that they have your application, phone them and ask them to email you a temporary club members letter straightaway (you won't have time for them to send you the permanent shareholders club card). You need to print this temporary letter and take it with you to DLP.
Show this letter when you are buying your annual passes (remember to take your passports too when you buy your passes), and you will get the 15% per annual pass discount. You will also use this temporary letter (and may be asked for photo ID too) when you want to use your shareholders club discount in shops and restaurants, and you'll need to show the letter if you want to use Salon Mickey.

Thanks so much, that's very helpful! :goodvibes
