Annual Pass Monthly Payment Plan?

I just got off the phone with a CM who told me that the AP monthly payment plan is available to everyone. I thought that the option is only available to Florida residents. Is he right? He provided me with a phone number, but the office is closed today.

Well I just looked on the MDE website, and it still says that the monthly payment plan is only offered for Florida residents.

In that case, we are able to purchase discounted tickets through our state education employee website. The deal gives one free day if you buy a 5 day or longer hopper ticket. The ticket is to be picked up at will-call. Is it possible to use this type of ticket for one day, then use the balance to purchase an annual pass? If so, would that have to be used for platinum plus, or a regular platinum?

I wish you luck! but CM on the phone are infamous for giving the wrong information ALL the time, as a example two weeks ago I called to make a payment and wanted to add a request for new refurbished room at Pop Century and the CM assure me there where NO refurbishment going on at Pop, not that the room weren't ready, she state no refurbishment at all. Non florida resident annual passes does not shows the monthly payment on the website, I wouldn't count on it try talking with another CM over the phone and please let us know what he says

You can use the ticket to upgrade to an AP. We got the 10 day PH tickets and upgraded them. We went to AK the first day and stopped by guest services to upgrade. The reason we did that was so we could use the AP discounts and the Memory Maker on the first day. So far, there are no payment plans for out of state though.
