Annual Pass - MDE question

Hello!

We are weekday select AP holders. We have an onsite trip planned for Aug 14-19. We make our FP selections on Thursday. I logged into MDE tonight (just to play around) and when I click on FP selections, it says we do not have tickets. I know we are early for FP selections, but as passholders we should be able to log on and make FP for the rest of this week (blackout dates start next week).

When I try to reenter my pass number, it says it's already linked to an account.

We have used these passes several times this year without issue. This is the first time I have tried to look at FP's though since linking our hotel reservation. Is the reservation messing up my already linked AP's?

When you go to the MDE website and click on My Account/View Tickets you should be able to see your annual pass. If the pass is nit there, I would call them.

However, it's possible that the message shows up because you're outside the FP window. Have you tried making dummy FP reservations for any day within the next 30 days? You can immediately cancel it, but that would test whether you have the ability.

If you're outside the window you won't even be able to play around with FP selections. If your ticket shows in your account, you're fine.

If you have an annual pass with black out dates, the black out dates have already started, it's not next week.

Due to you being within black out dates, the system won't let you see any FP's at all. Once your 60 day window comes though you'll be able to book for your on site stay

As mentioned, pass blackouts started last week, on the 5th. As such, you won't be able to look at anything because, technically, you DON'T have a valid pass at the moment.
