Annual Pass Mardi Gras Float Riders??

Last year we rode on the float for the Mardi Gras parade and we want to do it again this year. There's no info on the passholder website, so I called and they said they don't have any info yet. The guy I spoke with couldn't confirm even they were having AP holders ride this year.

Does anyone know if they've ever NOT invited passholders to ride? Obviously they need people to ride and it's a lot of floats and a lot of people that they'll have to get from somewhere!

i'm sure some ap holders go to guest services to get on the volunteer list for riding the floats.

If I recall correctly, AP float riders-bead throwers can sign up only a few weeks ahead of time. No 180 day out, stay up until midnight to sign up.
