Annual Pass Log In on WDW webpage

I'm trying to access the Annual Pass section of the WDW webpage. We have DVC Annual passes. When it comes to entering the AP ID# I can't find any numbers on my pass to match the last box. The template in the field says it should be #..###. I don't have any numbers after the date on the back of my Annual Pass.

Any suggestions? I was hoping to get our Annual Passes registered on line so we can enter the contest for the night in Cinderella's Castle promotion.

Your help will be much appreciated.

There will be a ticket (tkt) number on there which will be one to three digits.

I had a hard time getting mine entered too but finally got it to take
