ANNUAL PASS, how do I get the actual pass?

I bought my pass online and it automatically connected to my account. I did not receive an email or anything in the mail. I read I need a certificate to exchange. So what do I "exchange" to get my pass once we are at the parks?
Also, I plan to upgrade my kids tickets to annual passes once there, all we have for them is a "ticket" attached to their magic bands, is that all we need to upgrade? Thank you.

Plan on going to a Ticket Window where you will receive your AP and can upgrade the other tickets to APs before you enter a park.

You should have received an email. Usually titled "Walt Disney World Vacation Confirmation!". And it contains a barcode for them to scan.

I have just given them my magic band and they were able to use that. Both when I purchased a pass and when I have upgraded a ticket to a pass.

THANK YOU! I was able to find it with that information. We are doing a split stay and changed both resorts so I had several email titled that. I just assumed they were all the hotel confirmations.

We have purchased our APs online many times.
When you get to a park, go to a ticket window or Guest Services.
We just showed the MBs and a photo ID.
We have never had to show an email or barcode as long as it was linked to our MDE account.
If you have the email, bring it as more documentation never hurt anyone.
Be sure that they give you the AP card with your signature on it. You must show this card to get the AP discount at restaurants and stores.

There is no signature on the AP card in my experience. They just print your name. (Although once I did have to specifically request the card when upgrading as the CM at guest services neglected to give me one)

Can someone confirm if I can exchange my AP certificates for the passes at the resort as well (specifically Port Orleans French Quarter)? I have read conflicting information and was not sure if I need to head to a park for that or if I can exchange for passes upon arrival at the resort.

You can ASK.
The resort concierge may or may not be able to do it.
(That's one of the main reasons you have read conflicting info.)

You don't have an annual pass, you have certificate for an annual pass. When you go to the ticket window outside the park gate they will convert your certificate to an actual pass and upgrade you regular tickets at the calculated cost. All they need to find the certificate is your magic band, I never have been asked for an email or other proof. However, make sure to bring photo ID for adults, they will ask for it.
