Annual pass help

I can't find the info I need on the disney sites so I thought I would turn to the people who seem the most knowledgeable....the Dis board!

We have a Premier pass. We have used it at wdw and linked it up online and to our magic bands. We have not used it yet for DL. Here is the issue: we cannot find our physical cards and need to access our barcode # to link it via the DL site (why can't the two system be linked???). Does anyone know how to access your number? I don't live in FL do going to the park to do it I jot an option right now. Hoping we can do it online or call. Any thoughts??

When I log in to MDE, I can see my AP number under MagicBands and Cards - can you not get the number from there to enter onto the DL site

1. Go to the site:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan/bands-cards/

2. Login (if not already)

3. For each person linked to your account it will show any MagicBands, KTTW cards, or Annual Passes linked to each person. On mine, my annual pass shows up as a green card with a Mickey head in the middle (looks like the green circle with Mickey head that you see on the RFID scanners).
That will show your bar code.

I only have two tickets linked to my account, one is mine and one is my DS's - they are both APs and it doesn't say so but you must be able to tell which card belongs to who, can't you?

Unfortunately, getting the codes from the MDE site probably won't work.

There are actually 3 different sets of numbers on a Premier Pass. The one under the barcode is the Disneyland code. The one on the lower right hand side is the Disney World MDE code. The third is for Photopass.

To further complicate matters, a Premier Pass issued at WDW will not work at DL until the numbers under the barcode are manually entered into DL's computers. They seem to do this by e-mailing back and forth. It took me 3 phone calls and about 10 days until mine were entered.

I suggest you call Ticket Services in WDW. Hopefully they can enter the numbers from MDE and retrieve the barcode (DL) numbers somehow. Then you will need to call Passholder services at DL, give them the barcode number (and some other info), and they will get the number registered in their system. I just went through all of this last week.
