Hi this is my first post on this forum.:goodvibes

After having visited wdw many times we are now planning our first trip to

DLP :cheer2:

Looks like the annual pass may be our best option but wondered if anyone knew a telephone order line that spoke English??

we are staying at the Explorer hotel...cant wait :dance3:

Many thanks

Can't help with ordering annual passport over the phone as we have always got them at the parks. But I'm sure someone will step in :goodvibes

Thanks for that.

Would we have to buy a one day ticket first or can you buy the annual pass

at the gate??

Is it true that if we buy 5 we get a discount???

Feel like a real newbie re DLP as Ive not much idea about things

there.

we were there 3 wks ago and got annual pass for 2 adults and 3 children, one who is under 7 for 515 euro,we bought tickets at the gate and then just had to go to the passport office which is over to the right as you go in and they take yyour pics etc and issue you with your passes

There is a good thread on here with lots of useful info about Annual Passes. Sorry dont know how to link it.

We intend to buy annual passes in Summer but have already bought day passes to get us in on 1st day to save us queuing for tickets. We will then go to passport office and upgrade and get money refunded.

Hi meeko cat,

It works very simple.
When you arrive at Disneyland Resort Paris you go to the normal
ticket sale counter. When you are there (the CM does speaks English
or there is someone to help him/her :) )

So when you are at the ticket counter you tell the CM that you want to
buy <amount> annual passports. He we then calculate the amount.
You then will have to pay and you get a entree ticket so you can
go into the park. You then go with a given slip to the Annual Passport Desk
inside the park. Where they make the annual passports and provide
you with all the information you need.

The annual passport desk is on the right side of the castle.
(If you can't find it, come to the City Hall and we will help you there
to find it. Ps. City Hall is at the same location as the magic kingom in the usa.
Directly after the entry on the left side)

If you want to read more about the annual passports:

(this is not a official Disney site)

kind regards and hoping you will have a magical stay,

Thanks all so much for the great information :goodvibes

Id been looking around elsewhere to no avail!!

Hi meeko cat, welcome to the DIS! :welcome:

Yes, if you are the same family, same address you will get 20% discount.

there.
Have a look at the stickies, especially the trip reports. Any questions just ask away! :goodvibes

Thanks Ware Bears about the discount.....brings the cost down as 2 of our 3

children are adult prices now.

I notice you have visited the Explorers a few times....are the shuttles to the

park regular and any extra info on the hotel? Ive read the hotel thread looks

lovely.:woohoo:

we are staying in a crew 6 room which I understand has an adjoining bunk

room.

The shuttles are approx every 15-20 minutes but they can be very typical of buses ~ either there are none for ages or you get several at once! :rotfl:
Seriously though, the shuttle bus service works out fine and the Explorers is first pick-up and drop-off amongst the off-site hotels. We often walk to/from the parks which takes about 25 minutes, especially in the summer when the park is open late as the queues for the buses at park closing can get a little manic.

We find the Explorers perfect for us, having 3 children too. It's always been very clean and comfortable. The adjoining bunk room is quite spacious and comes with its own TV. The breakfast is fine although we haven't eaten there for any other meals. There's a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee for the first night. After that you can buy further supplies from reception but they are very expensive so we always bring tea bags from home and buy milk in the garage near the Santa Fe hotel.

Remember under 7's can get free passes this year. This may be even better than the 20% discount:goodvibes
