Annual pass for Disneyland & Disneyworld?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question but I thought I'd give it a try!

I'm looking to find out if there is an Annual pass available to purchase that would give admission to both Disneyworld & Disneyland. We are about to purchase flight passes so we will be travelling on the weekends in Jan/Feb and it would be great to be able to visit both parks this winter!
