Am I the only one thinking that annual passes may be the best value for once a year travelers who may go twice one year? My scenario is that I live in Indiana and get to USO once a year. I plan on one additional trip to HHN one year. Am I crazy or would it be better to purchase an AP and pay the annual renewal and receive the discounts than buy multiple-day tickets? We stay onsite for a week at a time. Other than the flex ticket, isn't this the only way to get 7 days? As an aside, are AP's paper tickets or plastic cards?

I feel exactly the same way! We just keep renewing every year.

APs are paper.

I'm going to move this to the main board.

The discounts for HHN alone are worth the money for the AP.

i keep renewing also.

i can remember when i paid $89 to renew my ap/preferred......
same price the first year i stayed at rph for a night.....

i also renew my AAA each year.
practically the same discounts as the ap gives.

the ap used to give 15% discount off of food and merch.
then it dropped to allowing only 10%.
