Check the back of the hard pass you should have received. It's stamped there.
There is no date on the back of the card. Only the ticket number, and the name of the holder which the CM wrote on it with a sharpie marker.Check the back of the hard pass you should have received. It's stamped there.

I'm back.Hello?
Anybody there?
Is it because you upgraded to an AP midway through a ticket package and the date should be listed as the first day you used the package ticket, but the expiry date is actually the date you upgraded to an AP?I'm back.
If the date on MDE is correct I can use the passes on an upcoming trip. If the date I think it should be is correct ...I'm buying new tickets. In other words I'd love for MDE to be correct.
You could be on to something here. I was hoping there was a online link to checking tickets? Sort of like checking a gift card balance. Is it because you upgraded to an AP midway through a ticket package and the date should be listed as the first day you used the package ticket, but the expiry date is actually the date you upgraded to an AP?
If that's the case, you should have no problem using your AP on the date listed on MDE.You could be on to something here. I was hoping there was a online link to checking tickets? Sort of like checking a gift card balance.

We've had the same experience three separate times. We've even upgraded to AP's on day ten of our Magic Your Way tickets, and our AP expired a year from that day (instead of the first day using the ticket). We used our AP's the following year right up to expiry with no problem.![]()
The expiration date in MDE is the online system for checking the expiration date. How far off is the date from your expectations? Did you upgrade to these passes? You could be on to something here. I was hoping there was a online link to checking tickets? Sort of like checking a gift card balance.
I think it's a week later than I expected. The expiration date in MDE is the online system for checking the expiration date. How far off is the date from your expectations? Did you upgrade to these passes?
You'll be fine. Use the date that's in the system and book your FPs with confidence.I think it's a week later than I expected.
Ours are the same. We first used our hopper tickets on 2/21. On 2/27 we upgraded to an AP. Our expiration date is 2/27.
Lucky. It should have been the 21st.
I know! And I was excited because if we hadn't moved we would have been travelling to WDW on a family vacation the last week in February and the 27th would have been out last park day so we would have gotten an extra trip out of them.
It's always been like that at Universal for me too. When I renew at the park they always set my expiration for a year from my renewal, not a year from my previous AP expiration. Over the years my expiration has gone from August to October because of that.
