yes and it's significant! we got annual passes this year and are going to be able to use them 3 times - have definately gotten a deal there!
we paid more for the premium annual but I don't know that I would bother w/the extra cost for that again as we haven't used the extras enough to make it worth it. also cheaper to renew once you have them than the original purchase price
