Annual Pass Discount

I searched a bit on the forums, but I 1) Didn't want to ninja a thread, or 2) Didn't want to necro a thread.

So my question is one that has probably been asked more times than mouse ears in Disney World.

What is the average/estimated amount of discount an Annual Pass gives at a Value Resort around July 4th? I have already looked up a trip, and I was just wondering how much I could expect to hopefully knock off that amount for being an Annual Pass owner.

None. That's considered a peak time of year and usually no discounts are given.

I wouldn't count on an AP discount during a "peak" time, but it isn't unheard of. The AP discounts won't be released until about 2 months before. If there is an AP discount, you're probably looking at a 20% discount off the rack rate at the values.

copied this years info from mousesavers.com I wouldn't count on rooms being available at all the values. You should be willing to take whatever resort you can get.


Stay dates: 6/3/11-8/13/11. Get a discount of 20%-35% off regular "Rack" rates. Pricing and percent off will vary by resort type and date. Use code QT9. Rates not available for all dates and resorts, but generally the discounts run as follows:

Save 20% at select Value Resorts
Save 20% at select Moderate Resorts
Save 30% at select Deluxe* Resorts
Save 35% at select Deluxe Villa Resorts
*Excludes Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort and Disney's Polynesian Resort for travel 6/3/11-8/13/11 and excludes Disney's Wilderness Lodge for travel 6/3/11-6/14/11, 2011.

Please note that if you would like the Dining Plan with these rates, there is a special Annual Passholders package.

My girlfriend is going down there next week for the College Program, and we are hoping she gets a discount on it, but if not I was wondering if anyone knew the past discounts. That helps a bit.
