Annual Pass Discount vs Pin Codes

We have been annual pass holders for a year now, every so often we do get the pin codes emailed. Every time I call to see and have them compare it to the annual pass rate in which the phone rep. always tells me the annual pass rate is better.

So I'm wondering, does disney ever send out pin cocdes that are BETTER then the annual pass rates? if so, id love some examples.
