We will be checking in at the Poly conc - will we need to activate our annual pass before we check in or will they let us go ahead and check in and then activate it later in the day? We have HoopDeDoo ressies at 5 and imagine we will get to the hotel about 3.......not sure we have time to run to the park before checking in.

Thanks...leaving TOMORROW!

If you are asked for proof of AP, all you need do is show your voucher. They didn't even ask for mine when we last checked in--of course, I was purchasing UMP for the others in our party so it was rather apparent I had admission media.

The concierge staff is very accommodating--it won't be an issue that you haven't activated yet. Have fun. . .we're counting the days.

I think most people on these boards will tell you that the experience has been that for the most part they don't even ask about the AP at check-in. However, when I made my reservations for our last vacation, I was told the voucher would be fine and I'd just have to bring it back to the desk after I activated it.

It turned out that I waited too long to buy the AP's and so I just had them hold them at the will call window. Rather than go to one of the parks when we got there, I decided to see if I could check-in first. We weren't asked anything about the AP's. In fact, I don't think the CM even realized we had an AP discount as she asked us if we needed to purchase our passes.

At any rate, the voucher will do fine for checking in.
