Hi yes its my 8th trip:woohoo: but first time with all this annual pass thing ,just paid my 20€o the ce multiadvantages site and im going to buy 4 fantasy pass ,just thinking im i right that there is a desk at the front of the park you can exchange tempory passes we arrive at teatime so was looking to go in the park at 7 or 8pm :wizard:

yes, at that time in the evening I'd certainly go into Bureau Donald first and see if they can do it for you :). If they can't, they'll be able to point you in the right direction (I love the staff in that office, every time I've been in there its quiet and they have loads of time to spend with you).

We went last week and I never saw the Donald Desk open once. The main annual passport office was open until 9pm though.

They are only open weekends and everyday during school holidays until 16h

The main ones insides the parks are open until closing normally :)

its always been a Saturday or Sunday I've gone into Bureau Donald for AP stuff, thanks for the opening days etc Carrie :)

Carrie - will it be open late this Sunday evening then, or is it late just Fri & Sat evenings? Thank you for your help :goodvibes.

Donalds Desk ? It's only open until 4pm every time it's open.

If you want to get your AP Sunday evening you'll have to go into either Studios before 7pm or the main park after that :)

Sorry Carrie - when I read your initial post I thought you meant it was open until 4 pm on school holidays and later on weekend eves :lmao:.

Looks like it's the AP bureau in the park for us then. I can see us trying to check in the hotel and doing a hot foot over there as they won't let us in with temp ones (I know we've had this 'discussion' before on here ;)).

Thanks for the reply :). I hope we manage to meet you next Friday!

that must have changed in the last 6 months then Carrie, because I've got my APs renewed twice at Bureau Donald, once on a Sunday evening at 7.30pm :confused3.

:confused3 I don't know, I'm going on what they told me earlier in the year when I asked them ..confused dot com

Guess this could be another case of depends on which CM you speak to, or it's effectively different for the summer :confused3

DLPDreams you can be the eclaireur and see if it's open :goodvibes

No problem - I will have a look and report back, but I think it will probably be closed when we arrive there as it's not peak season :rolleyes1.

I am not going mad then, I was sure someone had said months ago that I would be able to go to Bureau Donald on the Sunday evening ;).

Be aware that the Annual passport office closes way before the park closes. I think it's 9pm, but I'm not sure.
If you arrive at 8pm you should be fine, but you should go immediately to the office, otherwise you'll not be able to make your AP and the following day you would have problem to enter, because your temporary ticket will be already used.
If you are not sure to get to the AP office in time, ask to the Guest Services desk before entering the park. They might let you enter and will write your name down so the following day they'll let you enter escorting you to the AP bureau.

Thank you so much Zavandor . Unless we are quite delayed, we should be there well before that. If we are unable to check into our hotel with the temp APs, then I will ask them to keep the luggage so that we can go straight to (any) AP bureau. I don't fancy taking our suitcases in with us!

I just hope there isn't much of a queue, I can't see my DDs being very happy at having to spend best part of the evening in there when we've just arrived! :rolleyes1

When we did our APs last August in the main park we only had to wait for the people who were there already to finish and then we were seen. It only took about 20 minutes in total. :goodvibes
