I am going to be making a short-fused trip to WDW and I want to take advantage of the DVC discount on the annual passes. I will be leaving on 27 Jan, does anyone know how long it takes the vouchers to arrive in the mail if I order them online? I am worried that they will not arrive before I depart.

They will more than likely give you the choice to pick up at 'will call' and/or print out your receipt and then you take to the ticket booth and they will change over to a ticket. That's what we did. Not a biggie and didn't want to deal with the 'drama' of worrying about getting the ticket in time. Also think there was a choice of doing 'rush' or whatever, and, of course, at a cost.

It was so easy to do and problem free, I truly don't remember, except that I printed it all out (had a bar code on it) and just traded it in at the ticket booth.

We got our passes in a week!!! I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. Not sure if this is typical as we usually do "will call" pick-up. But I was impressed (and relieved) because we leave on the 27th also LOL.

You can buy the APs at the parks for the same price. If you are worried just buy when you get there. Make sure you take the Blue Member card and photo ID that shows your home address, even if you get the vouchers before you go.

Have a great trip and enjoy EE.

You really don't even need the voucher. I had mine in hand last time and the CM just laughed and said she didn't need it. All the info is in the computer, but as mentioned, you will need your blue card and ID.

If you buy them there, am I correct in saying that you have to go to one of the guest relation locations? You are not able to go to a ticket booth at the TTC or the IG, correct?

Purchased our annual passes last week at Epcot Guest Relations at gate. It took 5 min. (no line) and $335.48 each. We also called DDE and then picked up our Temporary DDE membership card after 5:30 PM at the same Quest Relations (Epcot is the only place to pick up the Temporary DDE cards). We ended up with a group of nine for a surprise wedding proposal and informal engagement party in the parks Fri.and Sat. The $50 DDE was paid for quickly.

You said that the APs were 335 each, I thought they were 315? Is the extra $20 taxes and surcharges?

Yes. Florida taxes = $20.48 each.
Sorry, I was going to include that info and forgot.

We purchased our passes online Dec. 31. Like you, we were worried that they may not make it by mail in time for our Jan. 22 trip. We chose to pick them up at Will Call. I printed out a page with our confirmation number and a bar code. MK will be our first park. I've been told to go to the Guest Relations right at the entrance to pick up the passes--can't wait!!! :earsgirl: We'll be there the same time. Think :sunny: !

You can get them at the IG ticket booth. The price went up $20 on 1/1/06, they were $315.xx w/tax now $335.xx w/tax.

I would like to thank everyone for their help. I used the will call option and I will be able to pick them up when we arrive. We are now set for staying at the WLV for our first time from 28 jan-3 feb, I can't wait!!
