annual pass - DD and resort discount - online ?

anyone have trouble accessing the annual passholder page to register for the resort discount or the Dining card? It won't accept my dvc version - does anyone know who I could call about this?

I can't get my DVC -discounted annual pass to work, either. I think the problem is with the last field #-#####.

My advice is to click on the ? link and then the contact us.

You can call to get the Dining card - not sure if calling will work to get AP-discounted rooms now that the BRP is in effect.

If you need/want to get registered quickly (to book a BRP room), you can try calling ticket services for help on how to enter your AP number. The number for Ticket Services is 407-566-4985. Hours are M-F 8:30 - 4:45 and S 8-4:15. Closed Sunday. Be prepared to sit on hold for a while,. Sometimes they are very busy.

My current AP was purchased with the DVC discount and I'm able to access the AP passholder site so I don't think that is the problem.

Be sure to use the bottom line info including the date it was activated rather than the date of expiration. Also make sure to choose the approprite 3 letter code at the beginning.

When the site first opened, I did sometimes have trouble with it but haven't for some time. Back then, I found I could access it with DS2's AP number but not mine. But it does seem better these days.

I wasn't aware you could order the DDE card online. Are you sure about that?

Thank you BCV23 - I tried again and got into the site. I was using expiration date instead of activation date.
