replacement cards can be done at any ticket window and sometimes faster than guest relations.

I HAVE the gold AP ticket card and an AP discount card but My hubs who upgraded his ticket only has AP ticket card no actual discount card. I think I just got on tail end of Discount cards being sent out.

Just to clarify, I only got the gold passholder card when I activated last weekend.

We got our most recent AP in May. When we purchased at the park we were given green passholder cards. Our bands with the year clip were mailed to us. We also received black passholder discount cards. Just can't remember if they were mailed to us or if we had to ask for them.

What kind of card are you looking for? The discount card has been stopped. But you should have received the AP card when you upgraded.

This is the card I was given last week. But, I was told that it's a discount card, not truly an AP. I was able to get my discount at most places using just my MB. I hadn't been given an AP discount card in a long time. But when I went to the WoD store, I wasn't able to use just my MB to show AP status. I had to have that gold card in hand! Otherwise, no purchase. I spoke to a manager, telling her it was kind of ridiculous that I could get the AP discount every place else, without that gold card and that GS had told me I didn't need one, just needed to scan my MB. The manager did say that merchandise was different....however, I had been able to get my AP discount at other shops/stores, without the card. But, they also do the DVC discount....I had that card!!!! I did get the gold discount card the next day though. Better safe than sorry I suppose.

I think as the green AP get phased out, we should start to see some consistency.

I agree on that. I reactivated/renewed Ap in Early Nov and received gold AP card.

OK, I'm confused. We had 9 day hoppers going into our Oct trip this year, upgraded to the Platinum AP at AK guest relations. We have nothing but the receipt and some AP info in the mail later, 'fridge magnet etc, no card of any kind. Do I need a card and can I get it sent in the mail before our next trip?
