Annual pass asnd extra magic hours

Having a bit of a family discussion and we can not find a definitive answer. With an annual pass can you stay for extra magic hours if you are not staying at a resort?

Well for PM EMH "anyone" can stay in the park. No guests are kicked out. But only on site guests can ride rides and get into shows.

For AM EMH only on site guests are allowed into the park.

EMH is only for on site guests. So an AP holder would need to be staying on site to fully take part in it

that is what I thought---thanks for the quick reply. I believe the Dis boards are gospel so hopefully this ends the discussion.

Yes,EMH is just for WDW Resorts' Guests,Swan and Dolphin Resorts' Guests,Shades of Green Resort Guests and Golden Oak residents.

Just tell whoever it is that doesn't agree that EMH is a resort benefit, not a ticket benefit. It makes it clear that just having an AP wouldn't admit you to EMH

you can stay, but you can't enter any rides or attractions unless you are staying at a resort.
