I know I can activate new AP's at parks, but can they be activated at Downtown Disney Guest Service Area? If so, does anyone know their hours? Thanks a bunch - leaving Friday!! Also, if we do them at the Parks is Guest Services just "any ticket window"?

I don't know why you would want to activate them at DD.

If you go to the parks, guest services has its own window. Off hand, at MK its to the right of the turnstyles. At Studios its to the left. Can't recall about Epcot or AK.

Yes, Guest services/Guest Relations at DtD can activate the passes, as well as Guest Relations window at any park...

Thanks guys! The reason we were thinking about doing this at Downtown Disney is that we go into our timeshare starting July 4th and we'll start the parks fresh on the 5th. I just thought that Guest Services at the MK might be too crowded. What do you think? This is the first time after all our trips that we purchased AP's so I never had to go to Guest Services before!! Thanks.

Where is guest services at DTD? I am thinking of doing the same thing!

I agree, that's probably a very good idea;) MK guest services can get quite busy!!

The last thing you want is to wait in a long line after waiting in a line to get through security and then having to wait in another line AFTER you get your APs!

If you plan to be at DTD prior, I say do it there!

There are two Guest Services offices at DtD, one at the Westside (don't know where), and one in the Marketplace section. The one at the Marketplace is located in the same building as the ESPN Sportwear store and the Swimwear store. The office has its own exterior entrance near the restroom/ATM.

We are staying at POFQ and need to activate our AP vouchers to receive the rate so DTD is very convenient if staying at POFQ or POR. We plan to take the boat over and eat at RF, activate vouchers, and relax at the hotel our first day of check-in.

We were never asked to even show our AP when we checked into POP in April. All I had to do was activate it at one of the ticket booths when I arrived at the MK, and I was good to go!
