Annual Pass Activation

I bought an annual pass online and connected it to MDE. Do I need to do anything else before I enter the parks? One CM said I need to stop and get the hard copies of the passes and another said that I don't need to do anything. If I don't get hard copies then how do I get discounts for AP?

We just activated ours this week and did it at the ticket booth. You get your card pass as well as your info and set your activation date.

Stop at the ticket booths outside any park or at the TTC, or at guest relations outside any park or at Disney Springs.

Does everyone for my family need to be present to pick up the APs or can I just get there ahead of everyone and pick them up for everyone?

everyone must be there and anyone 18 or older must have an id with them, it will be checked.
