Annual Pass activation.

Does a water park have a guest services windows to validate an annual pass? I get in late and won't have time to stop in DtD to do this but wasn't sure they can do this for me at Blizzard Beach. If they do have a window would the hours be the same as the park itself or open early to do these types of things? Thanks for your input in advance!

I've always been told any of the four parks (MK, AK, HS, Epcot) can activate. We've never tried at a waterpark.

Good question though! Does anyone actually know the answer? LOL
