Does anyone know if I purchased Resale and have paid in full my membership, if I can breakdown my Maintenance Fees into monthly payments?

Yes you can. Just call member accounting and ask for your dues to be taken out monthly. They'll just need a voided check and some information from you.

Yes. Any member with a checking account from a US based financial institution can setup monthly payments for dues.

Not during calendar year that you purchase resale because all dues for that year must be paid before or at time of closing. You can after closing set up automatic monthly withdrawal to begin in January of the year beginning after the year in which you purchase resale. In other words, if you closed today on a resale, you could start automatic withdrawal in Jan 2012.

You can, this year, call MS each month and make a payment towards your dues using a credit card.

Can you make a partial payment with a credit card? I thought you could only pay the remaining balance. If you can charge partial payments, I'll start doing that to get the Disney Reward Dollars.

I know for a fact you can, at least pre-paying.
I always keep my dues paid (on estimate) for the next year ahead, and I just call in to accounting, say I want to make a credit card payment towards dues and DVC has never once refused to take my money!

As you mention, I do this using my Disney rewards visa and get a boat load of points this way.
