Annual Fees

We are becoming interested in buying. What kind of annual or Regime fees are imposed? Can anyone give me an idea?

Depending on which resort you buy.
I would figure around $4.00 per point each year.

I would also figure on those fees rising somewhat each year. Though they are capped at a 15% increase for any given year, I'd figure more of a 3-5% increase that we've historically seen.

On order from lowest to highest, here are the actual maintenance fees for 2003:

OKW- $3.49
HH - $3.69
BCV - $3.97
VWL- $4.05
BWV- $4.10
VB - $4.37
