We closed in November, and have a December use year. I swore we paid annual dues up front or had them rolled into our monthly payment. I received a bill for $700 for 07 annual dues? Can someone help me understand this, am I mistaken?
I don't beleive they can roll annual dues into you basic mortgage payment. Annual dues are always handled separately and are either paid in one lump the first part of the year or are EFT throught the course of the year. Also remember annual dues go by the calendar year not UY.
