We received the estimated operating budget in the mail (USPS), but still don't see 2025 dues online.

Has everyone else had their Annual Dues post online?

In the notifications tab in my DVC it says "Your 2025 Annual Dues Statement will be posted online on or after December 17, 2024. The due date to make your Annual Dues payment in full is January 15, 2025. "

DVC has to wait for the dues to be officially confirmed at the individual condominium association meetings on December 10 & 11. Then they can calculate the amounts owed by each individual account, including adjustments for 2024 property taxes, before posting them to individual accounts. Thus “on or after December 17.”

I haven’t seen the 2025 dues online yet either. I got the estimated budget in the mail, but nothing posted online so far. It could be a delay in updating things, so I’d give it a few days and maybe check in with the admin to see if there’s an update.

as Carolyn said above, they won't be online until Dec 17 or later. This is the normal timeframe for them to show up.

Did anyone see the new notice on the DVC website that if you want to pay your dues that have been set up monthly with a gift card or you have to dis enroll first and then re-enroll?

That hasn’t been the case in the past,

I just read that and thought that was new. In the past we pay 1 contract with gift cards and then put some towards the other before any dues come out of the bank account. So I guess I have to cancel auto pay apply a gift card and then go back to auto pay to avoid late charges?

That is what it sounds like to me….you have to unenroll in autopay to make partial payments with gift cards moving forward….

I just read it and noticed it said to re-enroll in autopay “by February 15” to continue autopay for any remaining balance. So maybe (I hope, I hope, I hope) this unenroll is only for the initial payment, or an in-full payment at the start of the year. If I have to unenroll and re-enroll every time I want to use a GC, I’ll have to be sure my GCs will cover multiple months so I don’t have to do it every month. Dang!

That would be good! I’d hate to have to do that as well…which means I’ll be more likely to no longer go the GC route and just let it auto deduct!!

I know! But to forgo that minimum 5% discount via my Target Circle card would be most difficult!

..the 5% discount via Target Circle is when you..
…use the Target Circle credit card (formerly the Red Card) to buy Disney GCs. Automatic 5% discount, so that’s our floor when considering whether a different offer elsewhere is worthwhile.

See my post in the other thread. The option to pay with a GC was not there when auto pay is enabled.

I could not even make my Dec payment on my last contract with one tonight. Had to use my CC.

Definitely not what is was when I used gift cards last winter to pay things down.
