Annual Dues Question

Hi All!! DH & I just started talking about the possibility of purchasing DVC. I've been pricing resales and found some great prices! We are leaning towards AKL as we have 3 kids and they will allow us 5 in a 1 bedroom villa. Here's my question, how often do the annual dues go up and how much do they usually increase at a time?

Dues change every calendar year.
