Annual Dues Question

This may be a dumb question, but I know my annual dues are due Jan. 15th. I am kind of confused about them being late after Feb 14th. If I pay them after 1/15 but before 2/14 is there any penalty?

From the member website:

Annual Dues are due on January 15, 2014. Late fees and interest will be assessed after February 14, 2014.

As long as you pay them on or before 2/14, there will be no penalties.
