Annual dues query

We added on at CCV in October and are expecting to pay November & December 2018's dues.

We pay by monthly autopay and I've signed the new contracts up for the same, will the outstanding 2018 dues be taken together on our first monthly payment, (which will be February as we've just received the deeds or will the whole balance be divided up by 12 does anyone know please?

Were those two months not included in your total closing cost?

No they weren’t, I called last night & we’re paying them in the February payment, then back to pro rata’d from March.
