Annual dues for 2015 question for Poly purchase

I am considering a small 50 point add on purchase at the Poly. I already have a February use year for 2 contracts, and I see from the boards that I would not get any 2014 points if I purchased a small add on contract to what I have. Does anyone know if we have to pay the annual dues for 2015 or do they start for 2016? Thank you.

You would get the points in your Feb 2015 UY and dues would be prorated based on the later of: your purchase date, beginning of UY, or occupancy date of unit. Since these units most likely have an occupancy date of 4/1/2015, your dues would be prorated based on 4/1/2015 if you purchase prior to 4/1.

I just bought 80 points add on and I have a dec UY. I got this years points and dues aren't due til April. If that helps you any.
