The credit on my annual dues balance says it will be applied to next year's dues.
I recently added on direct and am in the process of paying the prorated 2021 dues. When I tried to pay the full remaining balance, it alerted me of my credit. I therefore only paid the value of balance minus credit which correctly showed zero remaining.
However when I go to my annual dues home page, I still have a remaining balance due (equal to the credit on the acct). The credit still shows.
Should I just make an add'l payment for the remaining balance? TIA
