Which resort has the lowest annual dues? Also, does anyone know which resort has the lowest price per point for an add on? thanks!

Bay Lake Tower has the lowest annual dues.

BLT has lowest dues per point. Through Disney, lowest add-on resorts are HH and VB for $80 a peice, SSR is next lowest at $99. Those resorts resale prices in the resale market are much lower than those numbers.
